So I just gotta say that an Air hogs Aero Ace is about the safest toy in the world, made of “squishy foam stuff” and a darn lotta fun for $30. Drop the bottom wing adjust the elevators and rudder just a bit and your off. Just fly on calm day w/ no wind. Right at dusk it settles down.
