deberic96, the 2 wings in the front is probably your problem. it happened to me too and i raised them and it worked just fine. those wings probably give its lift.
you might need to straiten the front wing(canards).Or maybe add weight to the tail,like a small screw.also check the wings and make sure they are straight.If that doesnt work take it back and get a different one.they are pretty good about replacements!
It is just a toy,and if you keep that in mind its pretty cool.Its pretty easy to fix though.If you really dont like it take it back and use the money toward a real plane!Check out my video”Stryker catching in Van B.C.”Sounds like you need one of those!

figure out the C.G.check the balence point and move your nfingers forward.Now put a small wieght on the plane to balence it!Good luck!

use some lightweight paperclips and wheels from a hotwheel car. make sure the car wheels are light weight 2.

Its good to do that because the airhogs planes are really off balanced and need some nose weight.
